אנו במלונות איביס ופולמן ירושלים רואים בנגישות האתר חלק מהשירות עצמו, ופועלים כדי שכל אדם יוכל לקבל את המידע שבדפים אלה באופן עצמאי, נוח ושוויוני.

הצהרה זו חלה על דפי הקמפיין של ibis ירושלים מרכז העיר ושל ibis Styles ירושלים מרכז העיר, ועל ארבעת דפי המידע המשפטי שלהם.

רמת הנגישות והתקן

הדפים נבנו מתוך שאיפה לעמוד בהנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, שהן הבסיס לתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568.

טרם בוצעה בדיקת נגישות חיצונית מוסמכת לדפים אלה. אנחנו לא מציגים אישור נגישות ולא טוענים להתאמה מלאה לתקן. מפורט כאן מה יושם בפועל, ומה הפערים הידועים לנו.

מה יושם בפועל

מבנה סמנטי מלא: אזורי ניווט, תוכן ראשי וכותרת תחתונה, והיררכיית כותרות תקינה.
קישור ״דלגו לתוכן״ בתחילת כל דף.
הפעלה מלאה במקלדת, כולל גלריית התמונות של כל חדר: מעבר בין תמונות בחצים, סגירה ב‑Esc, והפוקוס נלכד בתוך החלון כל עוד הוא פתוח וחוזר למקומו בסגירה.
חיווי פוקוס נראה לעין בכל רכיב אינטראקטיבי.
טקסט חלופי לתמונות תוכן, ותמונות נוי מסומנות ככאלה כדי שלא יוקראו.
יחסי ניגודיות שנבחרו לעמוד ב‑4.5:1 לפחות מול הרקע. הירוק של ibis Styles מופיע כטקסט בגוון כהה יותר משום שגוון הלוגו עצמו אינו קריא מספיק על לבן.
גודל טקסט מזערי של 12.5 פיקסלים בכל האתר, על בסיס סולם טיפוגרפי אחיד.
כיבוד ההעדפה prefers-reduced-motion: אנימציות ווידאו הרקע מושבתים למי שהגדיר זאת במערכת ההפעלה.
וידאו הרקע מושתק, פועל ללא שמע, ואינו נושא מידע הדרוש להבנת הדף.
תמיכה מלאה בעברית ובכיווניות ימין‑לשמאל, ומעבר לאנגלית בכל דף.
הדפים נבדקו בפריסות מסך שונות, כולל טלפון, ואינם דורשים גלילה לרוחב.

רכיב הנגישות

בדפים מותקן רכיב נגישות של נגישות (Negishot), הנפתח בלחיצה על הסמל שבפינת המסך. הרכיב מאפשר, בין היתר, הגדלת טקסט, שינוי ריווח בין מילים ואותיות, שינוי גובה שורה, ניגודיות מוגברת וגוונים הפוכים, והחלפת שפת הממשק בין עברית, אנגלית ורוסית.

מגבלות ידועות

מנוע ההזמנות. טופס החיפוש ולוח השנה הם רכיב של ספק חיצוני, וכך גם מנוע ההזמנות SimpleBooking שאליו עוברים בלחיצה. רכיבים אלה אינם בשליטתנו המלאה ורמת הנגישות שלהם נקבעת על ידי הספק.
נגן הווידאו. וידאו הרקע מוטמע מ‑YouTube ומוגש בממשק של הספק.
רכיב הנגישות עצמו הוא מוצר של ספק חיצוני.
טרם בוצעה בדיקה מקיפה עם קוראי מסך מכל הסוגים.

אנו ממשיכים לטפל בפערים אלה. אם נתקלתם בקושי, נשמח שתדווחו, וזה יטופל.

At Ibis & Pullman Hotels Jerusalem we treat web accessibility as part of the service itself, and work so that anyone can use these pages independently and on equal terms.

This statement covers the campaign pages for ibis Jerusalem City Center and ibis Styles Jerusalem City Center, together with their four legal pages.

Standard and level

These pages were built aiming at WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the basis of Israeli standard IS 5568.

No external accessibility audit has been carried out on these pages yet. We display no certification and claim no full conformance. What follows is what has actually been implemented, and the gaps we know about.

What has been implemented

Full semantic structure: navigation, main content and footer landmarks, and a correct heading hierarchy.
A “skip to content” link at the start of every page.
Complete keyboard operation, including each room's photo gallery: arrow keys move between photos, Esc closes, and focus is trapped inside the dialog while it is open and restored when it closes.
A visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
Alternative text on content images; decorative images are marked so they are not announced.
Contrast ratios chosen to meet at least 4.5:1 against their background. The ibis Styles green appears as text in a darker shade, because the logo green itself is not legible enough on white.
A minimum text size of 12.5px across the site, on a single consistent type scale.
prefers-reduced-motion is honoured: animation and the background video are disabled for anyone who has set it.
The background video is muted, carries no audio, and holds no information needed to understand the page.
Full Hebrew and right-to-left support, with an English switch on every page.
Tested across screen sizes including phones, with no horizontal scrolling.

Accessibility tool

These pages carry an accessibility widget by Negishot, opened from the icon in the corner of the screen. It offers larger text, adjustable word and letter spacing, adjustable line height, increased contrast and inverted colours, and an interface language switch between Hebrew, English and Russian.

Known limitations

The booking engine. The search form and calendar are a third-party component, as is the SimpleBooking engine you are handed to on submit. These are not fully under our control and their accessibility is determined by the supplier.
The video player. The background video is embedded from YouTube and served through the supplier's own interface.
The accessibility widget itself is a third-party product.
Comprehensive testing across all screen-reader families has not yet been carried out.

We are continuing to work on these. If you run into difficulty, please tell us and it will be addressed.
