מי אנחנו
הדפים האלה מופעלים על ידי מלונות איביס ופולמן ירושלים, מס׳ תאגיד 550274609, רחוב יצחק אלישר 4, ירושלים. אנחנו בעלי המידע והאחראים עליו לעניין חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א‑1981.
מה אנחנו אוספים, ומה לא
אלה דפי קמפיין. אין בהם טופס הרשמה, אין הרשמה לדיוור ואין תשלום. אנחנו לא מבקשים מכם שם, כתובת או פרטי אשראי, ולא שומרים אצלנו מידע מזהה שנמסר בדפים.
בפועל מתקיימים בדפים אלה שלושה סוגי שימוש במידע:
- העדפות שנשמרות במכשיר שלכם. שפת הממשק שבחרתם, ותשובתכם לשאלת העוגיות, נשמרות באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן. הן לא נשלחות אלינו ולא לאף אחד אחר.
- העברת פרטי חיפוש למנוע ההזמנות. כשאתם לוחצים על כפתור ההזמנה, התאריכים ומספר האורחים שבחרתם מועברים כפרמטרים בכתובת אל מנוע ההזמנות SimpleBooking. ההזמנה עצמה, ובכלל זה שם ופרטי תשלום, מתבצעת שם, לא כאן.
- מידע טכני אצל ספקי צד שלישי. עצם טעינת הדף גורמת לפנייה לשרתים של ספקים חיצוניים (גופנים, וידאו, רכיב הנגישות), ובפניות כאלה נחשפת כתובת ה‑IP שלכם ופרטי הדפדפן. פירוט מלא במדיניות העוגיות.
עוגיות פרסום
אנו מפעילים קמפיינים בפרסום ממומן ב‑Google ובפייסבוק/אינסטגרם (Meta). לצורך מדידת הקמפיינים פועלים בדפים אלה Google Tag Manager ו‑Meta Pixel, שמאפשרים לאותם ספקים לזהות שביקרתם כאן ולשייך את הביקור לפרסומת שראיתם.
רכיבי המדידה נטענים עם פתיחת הדף, ואיננו מציגים חלון אישור. הדפים משמשים קמפיין ממוקד ישראל, וחוק הגנת הפרטיות מחייב ליידע אתכם, וזו מטרת המסמך הזה. אם תעדיפו שלא, אפשר לבטל בכל רגע במדיניות העוגיות, והבחירה תיזכר בדפדפן הזה.
למה משתמשים במידע
- הצגת הדף כראוי ושמירת ההעדפות שלכם בו.
- העברתכם למנוע ההזמנות עם התאריכים שבחרתם.
- מדידת ביצועי הפרסום (כמה אנשים הגיעו, מאיזו מודעה, וכמה המשיכו להזמנה), אלא אם ביקשתם לבטל זאת.
- אבטחת הדפים ומניעת שימוש לרעה.
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו מעבירים אותו לצדדים שלישיים לצורכי השיווק שלהם.

חלק מהספקים פועלים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן מידע טכני עשוי לעבור לחו״ל. לכל אחד מהם מדיניות פרטיות משלו, החלה על המידע שהוא אוסף.
בנוסף, הדפים מוגשים משרת של ספק אחסון, ובעצם הבקשה אליו נחשפים כתובת ה‑IP שלכם ופרטי הדפדפן, כפי שקורה בכל אתר.
הזמנת החדר עצמה
ההזמנה נסגרת במנוע ההזמנות של המלון ולא בדפים אלה. המידע שתמסרו שם (שם, פרטי קשר, פרטי תשלום) כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של מפעיל מנוע ההזמנות ושל המלון, ולא למסמך זה.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לבקש לתקנו אם אינו נכון, ולבקש את מחיקתו. מבקרים מהאיחוד האירופי רשאים בנוסף לבקש העתק של המידע, להתנגד לעיבודו ולמשוך הסכמה שנתנו.
כיוון שאיננו מנהלים כאן מאגר של פרטים מזהים, במרבית המקרים לא יהיה בידינו מידע אישי עליכם. מימוש הזכויות ביחס להזמנה עצמה נעשה מול המלון או מול מפעיל מנוע ההזמנות.

שמירה ואבטחה
ההעדפות שנשמרות במכשירכם נשארות שם עד שתמחקו את נתוני הדפדפן. הדפים מוגשים בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS). איננו יכולים להתחייב לחסינות מוחלטת של מערכות מקוונות, אך אנו נוקטים אמצעים מקובלים להגנתן.
קטינים
הדפים אינם מיועדים לילדים ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע על קטינים.
שינויים
נעדכן מסמך זה בכל שינוי מהותי, והתאריך שבראשו יעודכן בהתאם. הנוסח עודכן לאחרונה ב‑30 באוגוסט 2026.
Who we are
These pages are operated by Ibis & Pullman Hotels Jerusalem, entity no. 550274609, 4 Yitzhak Elisha St., Jerusalem. We are the controller of the information for the purposes of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741‑1981.
What we collect, and what we do not
These are campaign pages. There is no sign-up form, no mailing list and no payment on them. We do not ask you for a name, an address or card details, and we keep no identifying information submitted on these pages.
In practice information is used here in three ways:
- Preferences stored on your own device. The interface language you chose, and your answer to the cookie question, are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Search details passed to the booking engine. When you press the booking button, the dates and number of guests you selected are passed as URL parameters to the SimpleBooking engine. The reservation itself, including your name and payment details, happens there, not here.
- Technical information held by third-party suppliers. Loading the page makes requests to external servers (fonts, video, the accessibility widget), and such requests expose your IP address and browser details. The cookie policy sets this out in full.
Advertising cookies
We run paid campaigns on Google and on Facebook/Instagram (Meta). To measure them, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel run on these pages, allowing those suppliers to recognise that you visited and to attribute the visit to the advertisement you saw.
Measurement components load only after you have accepted them. If you were never shown a consent request, no advertising components are currently active on these pages. You can change your answer at any time on the cookie policy page.
Why the information is used
- To display the page correctly and remember your preferences on it.
- To hand you to the booking engine with the dates you selected.
- To measure advertising performance (how many people arrived, from which advertisement, and how many went on to book), unless you have opted out.
- To keep the pages secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell personal information and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Some suppliers operate outside Israel, so technical information may be transferred abroad. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it collects.
The pages are also served from a hosting provider's server, and the request itself exposes your IP address and browser details, as happens on any website.
The reservation itself
A booking is completed in the hotel's booking engine, not on these pages. What you provide there (name, contact details, payment details) is governed by the privacy policy of the booking engine operator and of the hotel, not by this document.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may inspect information held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and ask for it to be deleted. Visitors from the European Union may additionally request a copy, object to processing, and withdraw a consent they gave.
Because we hold no database of identifying details here, in most cases we will hold no personal information about you at all. Rights concerning a reservation are exercised with the hotel or the booking engine operator.

Retention and security
Preferences stored on your device stay there until you clear your browser data. The pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No online system can be guaranteed immune, but we take accepted measures to protect these.
Children
These pages are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about minors.
Changes
We will update this document on any material change, and the date at the top will change with it. Last updated 30 August 2026.
